Advantages of air-cooling strand pelletizing line
Unlike traditional water strand extrusion, the air-cooling strand pelletizing line does not require manual threading. The wire is placed directly on the conveyor belt and automatically conveyed to the strand pelletizer.
Cooling is done by dedicated fans with high cooling capacity.
The air-cooling strand pelletizing line can be used for the processing and application of some polymer materials, including PVC, LLDPE, masterbatch, high-filled calcium carbonate masterbatch, degradable masterbatch, high-density carbon masterbatch, etc.
