PLCS 92/188 PVC Foam Equipment Production Line
PVC foam door panels are mainly used for indoor and outdoor decoration door panels. Compared with traditional solid wood door panels, they have the advantages of waterproof, moisture-proof, flame retardant, light weight, not easy to age, etc.
The 92/188 foam door production line adopts a twin screw design, with a high transmission rate, strong adaptability to the head,and an extrusion output of up to 450kg/h. The gear and shaft components of the gearbox are made of high-quality alloy steel, with high torque, low energy consumption, superior performance and strong stability. The PLC control system of POLYSUN standardstructure has high reliability and strong anti-interference ability.
